Our recipe development has been the result of hard-work and therefore is secret, but here is what we can tell you about: it contains besides refined alcohol quality and a rich content of specific distilled absinthes and anise!

As you may taste:

- The balance is strikingly even between anise and the absinthes, leaving a balanced impression of sweet -despite no sugar presence- and sour, that even those not enjoying anise appreciate.

- The alcohol content is not overwhelming to the mouth, due to the natural quality of the distillation process. High alcohol content remains a must to reveal the subtle flavors of the absinthe bouquet
